A Cambodian court has officially charged a Chinese couple with murder following the discovery of the body of a prominent South Korean influencer in a pit on the outskirts of Phnom Penh. According to a prosecutor, this development was announced on Wednesday.The Chinese couple, identified as Lai Wenshao, aged 30, and Cai Huijuan, aged 39, who operate a medical clinic, were apprehended last week after Cambodian authorities uncovered the remains of BJ Ahyeong. This information was detailed in an official police report.Reportedly, Lai and Cai confessed to authorities that they had abandoned the deceased woman’s body after she experienced seizures and passed away while receiving medical treatment at their clinic on June 4.
